Windows install help

Hi can anyone help me install Windows on my MacBook Pro. Specs below:

MacBook Pro (Late 2011)
13inch
4GB Ram
500GB HDD
MacOs Sierra 10.12.4
BootCamp Assistant 6.1

Not wanting a virtual machine solution as they slow down macs,

or even some info on how to assign more ram to a virtual machine (parallels)
