Windows XP OEM and OPK

So if an OEM Windows is tied to a machine, you can always sell it along with your machine, right? It wouldn't matter that you erased the drive?

When you install an OEM license on a machine and redistribute it you effectively become "the OEM" for that machine, and are thus (according to the EULA) responsible for all support. Is that really worth it?

Problems installing OEM to Fusion

I'm trying to install Windows XP SP2c to Fusion and I am getting the error "Error Creating the Directory UTF8String". Anyone have any ideas? I purchased the OEM from NewEgg so I'm quite sure its legitimate. Thanks!
