I ordered a wireless charging 3 in 1 pad since Apple obviously is not shipping one any time soon. Here is what I ordered:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CP45WQW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also ordered a wireless charging case for my AirPods since again Apple is not shipping one any time soon. Here is what ordered (you get $9 knocked off the price when use code AIRPODS20 at checkout):

https://9to5mac.com/2018/09/13/hyper-wirelesss-airpods-charging-case/

Now I will be able to charge my iPhone, Watch, and AirPods wirelessly and simultaneously.

UPDATE: Today 3/29/2019 Apple Announced AirPower is cancelled. Guess what? My little baby is till kicking. Not quite like AirPower in that you have to place the devices on the right spot but it gets the job done with no issues.

Bump!

How’s it working for you? Is the watch charger noticeably slower than using the puck that came with it?

In all honestly I haven't compared the two. However, I can say I have not noticed any difference. My guess is that they are about the same. My usual habit is to place on charger at night before bed and put the watch back on in the morning which is then is fully charged no matter which charger is used.

Gotcha thanks. My problem is I wear my watch every night to track sleep and it’s also my alarm so I don’t wake my wife when I get up for work during the week. So when I wake up I pop it in the charger while I shower and get dressed and in about 45-50 mins I’m up over 90%. That’s using the charger that came with the watch.

When using the dual watch/phone chargers I’ve gotten off amazon when I go to put my watch back on I’m around 30-35% charged. So the rate of charge is much slower.

Guess the only way to find out for sure is to give it a try!
