Hi, I need to get a new iPhone and I found my iPad Pro 12.9" pretty useless. Can any iPhone 15 variants replace an iPad Pro? I read that Apple pencil does not work on iPhone but there are 3rd party products that do. Can the iPhone also have multiple windows?

Depends on what you're using it for.
Apple Pencil definitely does not. I've used "artificial finger" type styluses with iPhone but never anything with fine-point control, couldn't say how that might work for you.
Not really. There are some limited features, e.g. PiP with a video but that's about it.
