i've collected 3 permanent switchers, and 3-4 other people who swore their next machine will be a mac. 
it's all about not being a total jack-ass when their computer has problems, while constantly feeding them mac propaganda and showing off cool things on our machines. oh, and hiding any and all problems. as far as their concerned, macs are perfect. or if there are problems, it's more of a habit thing where we can get used to it or work around it, but it's not necessarily a bad thing, just 'not for me' type of thing.
