ok heres a update: put a notice above the fold, repaired most of the buttons added a new whos online and made a new comic viewer.

okies i remade the header, logo girl to come soon, reworked some of the buttons and tryed to put as much as possible to the top of the page, i changed the banner about a little to keep the name of the old site and to say what the site is about at the top most bit.
no matter how i try to wrap my head around this site it still kinda creeps me out with the whole pedo angle. A lot of those images are just too suggestive of children. Added 'boobies' or not. And from a strictly design perspective, I am detecting almost every pastel colour that could be conceivably be crammed into one space-is this another fetish of yours? Frankly, it makes me dizzy and has an incoherent structure that could only be remedied with some serious editing. I have a bookmark section where I keep 'what not to do' sites for reference, and this has definitely made the list. Sorry if i seem a little judgemental, but this thread is soliciting comments. my best constructive criticism would be for you to consult some of the excellent design reference sites on the web and maybe a trip or two to a local bookstore/library. Could you sugest some of these design refrence sites. And please refrane form using such language as pedo its not very polite.
erm.
picture 1 shows the login box with the username and following box on separate lines but password and following ox on the same line, not consistent.
picture 2 shows that padding needs to be added to the left hand side of the main content to make it keep margins looking equal
picture 3 shows that the footer lines up on the left but overhangs on the right
picture 4 shows the home button, which hover even when you hover where home would be, so off the original button, not great.
picture 5 shows the non matching borders
so overall there are a lot of little errors in the design. also the colour scheme is kinda annoying.
not to mention that on a personal level, there content of that site is absolutely disgusting, and i dont see why it should remain linked to from macrumors.

ok thanks everyone, im going to say time to kill this thread time. Thanks to the guys for advise on the above the fold stuff and for advising to put up content flags about what the site is about and stuff. ^_^ thanks for the helps.
