I agree. Especially the iCloud is a f***king mess.

This is my OWN fault i recognise. I tend to get excited about the new software as we all do. Beta software is too much of a tease.

I have a stand alone MAC so I knew I wouldn't lose everything, but I did install it on my new laptop which I use more often.

It is beyond shocking. I've done this before, as many have mentioned and never experienced such a disaster. Even my Music library (stored on a NAS) isn't recognised properly by the Music app. Catalina won't even allow me to find files on my NAS.

Abysmal doesn't cover it. It Windows actually do something good one day, I'm just thinking of pissing off back to PC. Boring 'threat' I know, but i'm sick of paying £3000 and their so called fit for public beta software doesn't ever work, with Catalina being the worst by miles.

Thank god for my main MAC. Seriously, releasing a beta like this (which has few new features, let's be honest) to the public is appalling.

Hurry up with that boring finished version Apple. At least regardless of its lack of new features it might be working; we hope.

I really wish I had never used iCloud. Now I have hundreds of pictures synced up and I'm afraid to delete any one of them for fear something is permanently deleted.

I love this thread. OP states clearly that this is affecting other machines, non Catalina and non iOS 13.

It really amazes me how people still, in 2019, think the "I'm a cool guy on a forum reply" is the way to go.
