That sounds like a nice setup, you should be happy with it.
I have to plug Sager/Clevo gaming laptops while I'm here. You may want to check them out if you haven't already made the purchase. I use one for software development mostly but it's a monster at playing games. They're very customizable and come in standard portable setups all the way to lugable desktop replacements (mine is a lightweight DTR) so you can set one up however you like. Mine came from pctorque. They're good guys.

You guys are too harsh on the HD 3000. It's okay for older games (circa 2008 or older). But I digress...
They are all top of the line when it comes to gaming.
You'll run every new game on max on all of them.
They all have lots of options.
