No. It's a phone. I will order just like everybody else and whenever I receive it, that's when I get it. This iPhone is expensive as it is and I'm not paying an inflated price elsewhere.
Quick Question!!?
Have you tried your hands on iPhone 8 and 8 Plus? What are your thoughts on iPhone 7 vs iPhone 8 how much big upgrade is iPhone 8 over iPhone 7 you think? :)

I would never pay a penny over retail.. I would feel like a loser and like the hugest nerd. I rather skip this release altogether than pay a premium over retail... It's just a phone

I'd probably pay a little more. Maybe a couple of hundred to get it right away. It's only money....

Only if it's for a charity auction for a good cause and I know all of the proceeds will go to the cause. And it has to be the kind of cause to save lives or cure a disease or do some sort of good by filling a real need. Not some charity that sounds more like a tax write off scam.

That's the only circumstance in which I ever intentionally overpay for anything.

if you can afford $1000 out of pocket for it, whats an extra 5,10,20 even 50 dollars to not have to wait months to get one. Stop being cheap and caring about what others think. Ill gladly pay a bit more to get it asap.

I think that people who pay more than the regular price are nuts. The watch series 3 sold out quickly and I saw the $429 version on Ebay for $600. That is crazy! However, I did think about locating me an extra one and selling it for that ridiculous price, making me some extra cash. LOL

Never in a million years.

Apple products are already overpriced (if you say they aren't you are in denial) which is exactly why when it came to needing a new computer I built a PC. Hardware specs are at least twice of anything Apple offered... at half the price.

If I could do that with tablets and phones and be happy with it I would... but not a fan of Android.

Anyway, I didn't have to deal with the mad rush to get a phone. I got the 8 Plus for $950 and I'm happy with it.

People will surely pay $1500-$2000+ to get a phone... but I won't be one of them. At the end of the day it's just a phone... and getting shafted to the tune of $950 already is enough for me.

I have never overpaid nor will I pay extra for an iPhone. If I do need a phone and I am in the waiting line for an iPhone X, I will just cancel the phone and go buy a Pixel or Samsung phone and also save a few $100 in the process.

That may be in England, but where I live I can walk into my local Apple store and pick up an 8 Plus in any color and any memory.

Same here though which makes it all the more bizarre, you can pretty much get any model in any colour from any apple store or from a carrier with no lead time.

Some people are either just too lazy to go out and get one from the store or they don't know how to order one from the Apple website. Either that or they have more money than sense!

Yes. Willing to pay up to £3k. But the seller will need to wire a security deposit of £2k to my African based bank account before my transaction can be processed so that I'm sure I will not be sold a dud device.
