If you could transfer your iOS purchases to google play? I have invested a lot in ios as far as apps go.

I saw one of the new android phones an it looks amazing. I won't go android however because I'd be paying again for my apps.

Jelly bean is nice and smooth, but third party apps are not. Such as tapatalk's scrolling is still laggy as hell.

I agree, there are things that could use some tweaking, mostly all 3rd party. But the OS itself is great.

Another problem with using Android on cell phones though, is almost NO new phones use the newest version of it, and if you have a fairly new phone running even Ice Cream Sandwich.. it could take awhile before you are able to upgrade.

tried android several times, tried to like it because it really is a beautiful ui, but nope, not going back. Dont care how many times people say jelly bean fixes it, because thats what they said about ice cream sandwich when it came out, and gingerbread before that. My iphone 4 runs smoother and loads web pages faster on hspa than my one x does over lte!

It's really hard to believe this post because I have 2 of the phones in question. Matter of fact, even my HTC Inspire 4G is much more smoother than my iPhone 4 currently running iOS 5.1.1

As for the iPhone 4 loading pages faster than the HOX on LTE, that's just straight up laughable. Unless you live In a poor lte area and even then it's suspect. I pull upwards of 45Mbps down on my One X in the Houston area and it's unbelievably fast.

I get that you might not like android but please stop lying.

iOS is so overrated. it's the world most basic operating system and can't even get some of that right

personal highlight is trying to close apps. Double tap a squeaky home button, have a menu with shaking icons, then making sure you hit that tiny weeny little cross as they all slide along 1 by 1.

truly laughable.

Because most are closed by the os itself if it's not used or needs the resources by another app.

Anyway Facebook is laggy period. :p

Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is actually really nice. One thing keeping me on iPhones is the integration with my Macs.

iPhone does play nice with Macs, but I have an Android phone and I have the photos automatically uploaded into iPhoto using Automator, and I also can sync forward and back all of my music using iSyncr Wifi.

Nothing else is really missing because I didn't rely too heavily on calendars etc. I even have my Mail address contacts synced with Google through my iMac.
