Every year, the ordering process is progressively getting better. The App Store still doesn’t open exactly the same for everyone, but altogether, once you have the items saved in your favorites, it’s seamless from there.
 
Hype has died out. Use to remember staying up to pre-order and hope to get it on release date. Ship dates would start slipping within minutes after pre-orders opened. After the X and now these new Xs, pre-ordering is no longer an issue.

Woke up this morning and saw all iPhone still available for next week deliveries except the Xs Max in 512GB Gold color was backed up an extra week. Even now at 9:20 AM CST time all the Xs are still available for next week delivery and the Max is only backed up 1 week instead of the usual 1 month+.

Maybe Apple just has more stock but Apple usually sells out the iPhone within minutes of the pre-order opening. People would camp out days ahead of time. Not the case anymore. Use to be fun.
