Yeah how can we ever forget antenna-gate.

You mean the problem that actually wasn't?

As far as consumers and their choices were concerned (Apple went on to sell the iPhone 4 in record numbers), the only thing Apple did wrong then was even *attempting* damage control, which only served to call attention to something that didn't actually need fixing, because the "problem's" effects were negligible in day-to-day use.

The problem that actually wasn't? My iPhone 4 still has signal problems after many software updates. I think we can all agree that despite it not making much of an impact on sales, the issue exists in the hardware design.

Hell, it was even acknowledged as a problem in Steve Job's biography if I remember correctly. You may as well give up now and admit that antennagate existed. It was an embarrassing problem, but no biggie in the long run. Everyone like myself just learned to hold their iPhones differently.

He is just a guy that really loves technology and gadgets. He loves a great device, regardless of the brand.

Agreed. It kind of made me sad to see so many here elude to him being irrelevant, a traitor, or stupid. Can't a guy just LIKE stuff? As for the Windows interface, I am intrigued. Is it POSSIBLE the iPhone's buttons are beginning to look, gasp, OLD!?!

Exactly. He isn't saying iOS sucks, or that it needs to be redesigned, or anything of the sort. All he is saying is he likes Windows Phone. To like something you don't need to dislike everything else. He still likes iOS, he likes Android... I don't understand why people are losing their minds over this

Much like Woz, I like many platforms and see the strengths and downfalls of each. If I could afford to, I'd probably have as many devices as he does.

I'm with you, and like Woz, I enjoy gadgets. I'm not that much like Woz as he's an incredibly intelligent engineer who's worth a gazillion dollars. Me, I'm just a working slob :p Still I enjoy gadgets and I don't care what logo is on the back.

I'm liking the Lumina 900, as it has potential to be quite a great phone. Whether the WP7 eco-system is robust enough for my needs is another issue all together.
