WWDC 2025: Apple Says Personalized Siri Features Are Still Not Ready

For the love of Pete, can they please allow Siri to adjust the ringtone volume.

Anything is better than the current Siri at this point. Shame on Apple for releasing that LLMs aren’t it paper. Apple ain’t it for AI

OK, so why should I believe anything from WWDC2025 will be released? Is it just iOS they lie about or should I assume MacOS won't get the features they announced too?

There should have been a proper, full acknowledgement and an attempt to regain trust.

I’m really curious what the cause of the delay is.

Is it that they just don’t work?

Or is it more like a worry about a security issue with giving an LLM access to personal data that it could leak.

The tasks they talk about don’t seem that hard and I’m convinced even GPT3.5 could do them quite well.

It’s a “we didn’t have anything done”. They were 2 years behind and don’t have what it takes to catch up.

Just stop complaining people. Buy phone when you need it, buy the device when you need it. Or wait and use your current device until you can't. If you would be detached form this constant upgrade cycle, you will see that none of this matters. And on the plus side, if Apple gets less money, they will start listening more.

It's one of the main reasons i haven't actually upgrade my iphone 12 Pro, Last year i was like apple Intelligence is great, and then read half the things don't work, same for this year. I'll wait it out for another year
