Have you not noticed that the products you listed have moved to new release cycles to make more room for software talk at the World Wide *Developers* Conference? iPhones aren't released in the summer anymore, they release in September. iPad and Mac come along a couple months later in November. Also, an entire new OS needs talking about at WWDC as well, watchOS.Really? For your future reference when making such claims:
WWDC June 2006 - Introduction of the Mac Pro
WWDC June 2008 - Introduction of the iPhone 3G
WWDC June 2009 - 13in MacBook Pro was unveiled; 15in/17in MacBook Pros refreshed; iPhone 3GS introduced
WWDC June 2010 - iPhone 4 introduced
WWDC June 2012 - New models of MacBook Air/MacBook Pro, and MacBook Pro with Retina Display
WWDC June 2013 - New Mac Pro and new MacBook Air introduced
WWDC June 2014 - No hardware.
WWDC June 2015 - No hardware.
So I think it fair to say that when Apple has something to introduce, they introduce it at WWDC.
And you don't sound much like an Apple Fanboy. You are saying everything, and I mean everything a Google Fanboy or Windows Fanboy would say. You are saying iOS and OS X are falling behind other platforms, doing nothing but playing catchup. You are saying there isn't enough innovation even though it's staring at you right in the eyes. You are saying there needs to be a redesign when there was just a new redesign less than a year ago. You are saying there needs to be more features with every release, but then will likely turn around complain when it is buggy, quirky, laggy, and stuttery.
Go and get a Surface Pro 3 to enjoy Cortana and that lovely kickstand you were talking about. Get a windows phone to complement your tablet choice. You obviously will never be satisfied with iOS or OS X, so go save yourself from the stress and suffering that every Apple announcement causes you. Please. Because none of us want to hear or deal with this.
