Hmmm 🤔 I'm seeing red tint in the 3rd photo, zollotech latest video.

So I now had 3 iPhone 13 Pro.

2x - G9N
1x - G9P

At the beginning, I thought that the iPhone with the G9P display is good - but compared to a good G9N panel it doesn't seem so anymore.

But unfortunately, there was also an extreme difference between the two G9N (red colouring).
The other G9N is pretty much perfect. Display very good, no gaps and the keys have a good pressure point.
The only drawback is that the Lightning connector on the iPhone that I'm keeping isn't a bombproof fit, but wobbles slightly. But I do not care - should this no longer work in 1-2 years, it will just be charged wirelessly.

Keep your fingers crossed - the 0180 user probably won't notice the differences.
G9P here and so far it’s a perfect screen that I have. No issues here.

So I'm still testing 2 Minis (now for battery life) and it seems the warmer one holds a charge better. Same settings. I may be returning the other one sadly

I would mot do that if I were you
keep the better display battery will degrade anyway
I also think the test you did has many variables

9.5/10 screens posted here do not appear egregious to warrant a return or exchange. that's a fact.

another year goes by, exact same message applies.

except I don't think I've seen a single 13 screen in the last 10 pages of this thread that warrants an exchange/return

Becoming happier and happier with my 13P each day, don’t think I’m gonna play the screen lottery just because I might not have the brightest or most uniform screen on the face of the planet. Strangely, the uniformity seems to be accentuated at certain brightness levels. It’s almost unnoticeable at full brightness, but quite obviously brighter on the left side and toward the very bottom at around 40-60% brightness.

Been happier with the white point too, except for when it shifts mid-use. For those of you tempted to say that my eyes/brain are just getting used to it, I also use an 8 Plus for work and my screen time between the two is split about 50/50. The white point on the 13P *is* shifting even with True Tone turned off. I’d bet money on it.

I’m telling myself that the glue is still drying.😁

I checked 10 iPhone 13s so far and all of them were slightly darker/warmer on the right side
Nothing is going to change, until apple ditch OLED for micro led, might be a while away by the looks of it.

I can't remember if it was this thread or another, but the point was that you don't see variance/imperfections on OLED tvs, and I wonder about that. My initial reaction was to agree. I've seen them on display and not noticed tinting or anything else. Having said that, when I watch something like Foundation on my new 13 Pro, it's flawless. Homescreen? Looks amazing. It's only when I'm interrogating a fully white screen or trying to scrutinize one side of the keyboard vs the other in iMessage that I see anything.

Just popped in the Apple store and compared to 3 or 4 other 13 Pros. It was all pretty close. Brightness is a tight range between them and tint roughly all the same. Yellow-ish tint was consistent and some difference in warmth from left to right, even if it was very minor. Long story short, nothing in it.
