Been in the business for almost 21 years. Work as transportation coordinator or captain and even drive a honeywagon occasionally but I like the wardrobe trailer best for the hours without some of the headaches. Are you in the business also? Maybe we've worked together before? I just started a pilot for HBO on Friday. Work is slow though. I've also worked at the Apple Store for a year or so part time.

Here are a few more more recent pictures.

Nice pics. Is that one with Madden on his bus? I worked in the industry for a few years here in Wilmington, so if you've ever been out here, we might have worked together. I started as an Office PA and then got into Locations. The guys in Transpo were always cool. Glad to hear you've started a show. Episodics are great if the show lasts.

I have never really met a celebrity. I have seen politicians like Prime Ministers and hockey players. A while ago I was in a food court in Kelowna and Theron Fleury sat at the table next to me, and I almost got to meet Robert De Niro.

Holy crap @ meeting Senator Obama on a plane. Was he surrounded by men in suits?

Yes, John Madden when he was working on a movie called "The Replacements" and we were on the Outback bus. PA'ing is good for getting started but locations work I'm sure is a whole lot more fun and better for paying the bills. I've never worked in Wilmington but I've been through there a number of times. I've worked on three different series. One lasting 1 year, 5 years and 7 years. Hope this one last at least five more but I prefer the big features instead. Maybe I'll run into you sometime in the future if the business ever picks up and gets busy again.

Some that come to mind are Alice Cooper, Penny Hardaway, and Jerry Jones. I wouldn't let them have a picture with me, though, I'm pretty protective of my privacy. They were all pretty cool about it, but you could tell they were disappointed...

Me and some senator. Met on an airplane (he was in coach). Figures I forgot to turn the flash on.

That's awesome! My mom met him once. She was walking behind him in some hotel or something last year and thought he looked familiar but couldn't put her finger on it (This was before, when he wasn't as well known. He didn't even have any security) And when they both got down to the first floor a whole bunch of people recognized him and whatnot. She talked to him and shook his hand too.

These are from quite a few years back. I tried to upload a few more recent ones but the file size was too big. Will repost them later on.

Ah! Someone else who's met Bruce Willis. Is he the nicest guy or what? I really enjoyed getting to know him a little when he was here shooting a film for a few weeks.

Yeah, that picture was from about two years ago, before the whole Presidential hoopla began, so he was just flying from Washington to Chicago by himself, and was really approachable.

Mmm, since I'm subscribed to this thread can't someone kick it up a notch? Something more like meeting Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Jodie Foster. You know, famous as in well known. :D

I could throw in Michael Jordan if I have to. Will that be good enough for you? I thought Steve Jobs was appropriate for this forum :)
