This one was my first iPod and is also my favorite. It's mostly used for car duty when traveling for more than an hour. I can't seem to part with it.

Wish I could do the same but all I get is some kind of error flashing when it's plugged in. Can't think of the symbol off the top of my head though.

The nano chubby. Still has as good battery life as the new nano's after two years, don't have to twist it for video orientation and it just fits my hand better. The new ones are hard to control, too skinny and always bumping my thumb on my palm w. scroll wheel. Made for girly hands.

Yes. I had the Red chubby nano and i loved it to death. It was beautiful. My heart goes out for my first iPod though.. the Nano 2g. It was indestructible.

Anything's better than my first MP3 player though.. the Dell DJ 20. Looked like a brick, felt like a brick, and weighed enough for 5 bricks.

I also liked the "fatty" nano and had it more about 6 months but then it was stolen. But the person that stole it was forced to buy me a new 4th gen nano.

I still love my old 1st Generation 5gb iPod, I loved the storage space and I was the only one that had one at the time. My second would have to be the Touch/iPhone they are about the same and I love them both.

c'mon the third is by far the best generation with the light up buttons :apple:

edit - it also came with accessories like the dock, case and AC adapter. And the packaging was awesome with the cube!
