iOS, Android, BB10, or Windows for your next phone?

I need a phone that can handle a serious amount of messaging (text, whatsapp, email etc...) and no other phone can do that besides blackberry. Plus the hub looks really nice and simple and gestures are the future!

I guess if you consider a clusterf*** simple, then ya. You won't find many fans of the "dump all my crap into one bucket" camp though.

I guess I'm in the minority here that is looking forward to seeing BB10! I miss the system so much. :(

Ahhh I'm so undecided on this. I really want to try a windows phone but I feel I will be greatly disappointed when its put to real life daily use based on a lot of feed back I hearing. I think I may have to stick with iOS for now.

Not so minor anymore! Add me to the bb10 adopters, next handset is almost definitely going to be bb10 based, and really looking forward to it! :)

Having a Nexus 7, I would actually be tempted to ditch my ageing iOS iPhone 5 for the rather amazing value new Nokia Lumia 720! I never thought I would want anything bigger then a 3.5" screen, until I tried to type on an iPhone to reply to threads like on here for example and it's an absolute nightmare. I now understand why all other 4" plus screens are also wider.. it's so you can type and see what your doing.

Anyway, yeah, the Nokia Lumia 720 gets my vote, unless that is Sony announce a lovely Android Xperia with a 4" screen for the same money?

I simply must have the best so right now I'm planning on the galaxy Note 2 since it's easily the best phone available and what u get next depends on how things go.

Easily android, preferably the One. Or wait to see what's next on the horizon. Until ios can bring a worthy game changer that's worth its salt, they're not even in the running. I'm slightly intrigued with BB10 but I can't but think it all comes down to the app selection much like the death of WP8, imo.

They are only wider because the display is bigger....any other 4" smartphone is going to be the same width as the iPhone....

But if you have trouble seeing on a 4" phone, you definitely should get something bigger.

Android. Probably the S4

I'll pick up the new iPhone anyways because AT&T lets me upgrade so often :)

I switched from an iPhone 4S to an HTC One X last month and am really happy with it. I know it's a year or so old phone but it's faster and has a larger screen as well as better battery life so I consider it a worthy upgrade especially for only $0 (compared to the $200 I was going to pay if I liked the iPhone 5). No complaints so far outside of the five minutes it took to go through and disable the AT&T bloat apps. My next phone upgrade will probably be another HTC Android phone (if they're still in business heh).

FRRRREEEEEEDDDOOOM! LOL

android

Already listed it on my signature. hTc One, 64GB Silver.

Still uncertain about Samsung Galaxy S4.

What about ubuntu os or mozilla os ? If im correct the first mozilla phone will come from Alcatel and probably at a very good price .

its not a cluster**** at all...you can separate the hub into different folders so you can organize it, every other UI requires you to open separate apps to respond to separate messages

Android.

No one else is even close to catching up to android so why switch?

And I've had them all from blackberry, Windows phone, Palm, and iphone, but nothing beats a high end android

BB10 looks like a fantastic device and OS, but 4.2"? Not worth the move.

Since switching from iOS to Android last year I see no reason or TBH the desire to switch back in the foreseeable future. :)

No multi-choice?

I selected Android but if a cheap BB10 device comes out I might get one as a secondary phone.
