You guys stopped me from getting a DP 2ghz powermac,telling me to not get it until the updates at WWDC! Now, i'm stuck with my crappy PC until then :mad:

Too bad you can't put XGrid on any of those except the last 5 (and it would only be worthwhile on the last 2) of those 42 (yes, I counted them all) Macs :eek:

You could make one interesting cluster out of those.

hehe.. If the electrical circuits in my house could handle it, I might actually turn them all on at once. The most I've had at once so far is 20. (All the laptops, all the 'compact's, plus a few others.) I suppose I could try to get Linux or BSD running on them, and try to cluster them. I've gotten Linux and/or BSD running on a few before, but clustering is slightly beyond my sphere of experience.
