You can also also axcomplish this using activator.

Closest thing to Zephyr we can get right now but it's not so bad.

Edit: only problem is whenever I open the NC in home screen and want to dismiss it, I trigger the app switcher with Activator. There's no way to get it to detect that the NC is open and not trigger the gesture.

Me too, except I trigger Activator to open CC. I have a 5s with the finger print sensor as my home button but sliding up to dismiss NC is ingrained in muscle memory so I still have to force myself to remember to just touch the sensor instead.

Same here. Very frustrating.

Just install Control Task and forget about Activator

app just updated to .7 adds ability to swipe up from home screen to trigger app switcher.

Thanks for the update fellas. I upgraded to ios 7 today and spent the day configuring everything. Not as smooth as I'd like and I have a lot of work left to do, but it does feel good to be up to speed.

Edit: It's a little buggy, crashing my phone when I try using it upon booting it up.

The dev just added this in the most recent update. It's live on cydia now.

if you use this now how to you add control panel it just opens app view and doesn't work with control panel anymore. don't really want to put control panel in notification center.

After the new update this tweak is shaping up to be the best alternative to Zephyr around right now.

I guess you could use half the screen for CC and half for switcher if you'd prefer that it's an option in the settings.

Isn't it really the only alternative to Zephyr? I guess Activator could work but it's not really all that smooth.

Hopefully the developer will add support for swipe up and hold to bring up the task switcher. Now you've to swipe up to close running app then swipe up again to show task switcher.

For whatever reason when I select "swipe up = activate switcher" it doesn't work unless I'm on the home screen. Any way of getting it to work in apps as well?

This is my only gripe at the moment but still loving the app, zephyr you would swipe up and hold to pull up the app switcher hopefully the dev could implement something similar.

as a workaround i'm using activator to swipe up on the right edge of the screen to pull up the app switcher.

Stopped using this because my phone was crashing daily because I swipe up to the home screen then swipe up again for multitasking too fast.

Hah, that's an interesting bug I hadn't noticed (since I use ClassicSwitcher, I have no need for the normal multitasking).

Doesn't seem to crash for me. Do you have an activator gesture related to swipes too? I've noticed activator is what will crash me to safe mode the most (for example, invoking Siri twice by accident)

I tried using that but missed the iOS 7 app switcher too fast.

No activator gestures for swiping on the bottom of the screen but I have some for the status bar and volume buttons. Just go into an app then swipe up to go to home screen and quickly after swipe up for app switcher. Try that a few times and your phone should crash.

Same here.

I don't like what this app has become.

Slide up to exit apps and slide up for multitasker from home screen and cc in NC

Used to be slide up to cc from home screen

You can still slide up for CC if you change the recognition to right half or left half

I prefer the opposite though. Slide anywhere to cc and slide right on home screen for multitasking (thanks activator)
