Here's a new one?: A few months after successfully deactivating the AMD chip and using the Intel one, I ran a command-D hardware diagnostics to check memory. (check reported a bad chip with both inserted on extended testing but testing each one individually in either slot reports both SODIMMs...

Little weak on the GPU side, however for those that can lever the performance of the CPU a "flyer" Not for those seeking long run times off the power :p Wouldn't mind picking one up at the right price, although still happy with my current 17"

If you have sound but no image in your Oculus Rift headset, try this first before buying a new HDMI cable adapter.
I couldn’t work out(with the latest AMD drivers)why my games weren’t showing up in the headset itself, but was showing fine on the monitor that the headset was being tracked.

Improved cooling performance.
Improved battery.
Improved keyboard that is resistant to a speck of dust.
Stereo microphones, left and right.
Thin and light should not be a priority of...

I have a Mac Pro 2010 (5,1) with an EFI Sapphire 7950 (boot screen) running. Everything seems great except I wondered why the system report shows the PCIe lane width as 4x. This machine has 2 16x slots for GPUs. I have it in the so label 16x slot. I have moved this card around to test with...

Hey guys, I'm thinking about switching out my dual RX 480's for a single GTX 1080 Ti. The lack of Apple support on AMD's front (vice versa) and the newly acquainted support from Nvidia is making me seriously consider a switch.
I was wondering if anybody has a 1080 Ti running in their Mac Pro...
