    I have a 2018 mac mini OS software up to date with 2 monitors, I want to have the dock always on the bottom of the left monitor. I have been unable to lock/freeze it in place. It will switch to right side monitor from time to time. Any way to lock/freeze it in a desired location.

    Since upgrading to Mojave, my Dock takes a long while to appear after logging in. It will appear eventually; fiddling with Dock preferences in System Preferences will get it to show up sooner.
