    iPad When I try to hook up my iPad to my iMac, it says I have to download software but it is stuck at "Downloading...."

    I am trying to sync some photos and videos that i took originally with a #insta360 camera, but when i try to sync my iPad to my iMac it gets stuck on "Downloading...." and then progress never moves. Is there something I am doing wrong? (it is an iPad 8th Generation.)
