Contacts deleted themselves but showing in search

Messages only works in safe mode
my MBP (mojave 10.14) will only send and receive texts/messages when booted in safe mode. So far, I have deleted all items in my login startup apps. No bearing on situation. Have no idea where to go next to ID the file(s) or whatever is interfering with Messages. ????- longgonesam

OK They have the mail, messages complications on the iphone 'watch' app under 'My Faces' when you edit your watch face.However if you assign them they don't show up on the apple watch. They do not show up on the apple watch, it lists them as off/blank.- mikezmac

Can't send pics or attachments using Messages.app on my Mac Pro in Mojave.

Group MMS Failing To Send & Receive

The somewhat recent icloud message sync feature seems to be buggy and confusing. How come when I go to icloud settings and attempt to turn off messages it tells me "messages have not been fully downloaded to this iphone" every single time. Every Single Time. Just got back from being off grid for 2 weeks and it seems not all my messages have been synced from my iphone to Messages on my mac. Messages have no contact name only phone number is visible
Hey all, Updated both phone and watch to latest iOS12 and OS5 and getting a strange issue in my messages(see attached image) the contact name is not appearing in list, message or notifications :/ anyone else experiencing similar issue or have a solution for a fix? Thanks J- hrefman
