    When I attempt to open a .html file from my hard drive in Safari, it fails with this error: The operation couldn't be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 1.) (kCFErrordomainCFNetwork:1) Anyone have an idea of why? It didn't happen until I upgraded to Big Sur. Catalina worked just fine.
