Going from 100 to 67 in 7 hours is bad. Based on my daily use.
For standby yes. If you’ve used your phone 3+ hrs in that duration then hell no.

FYI,[doublepost=1527892762][/doublepost]I chatted with apple this morning and the rep claimed no knowledge of any battery drain coincidental with 11.4 update.
Also seemed uninterested in any genuine suggestions to address.
My SE dropping 30% overnight over two days and two recharges. Background refresh, location features disabled and network reset with no improvement. Was solid battery power retention prior to update with battery health showing 95% healthy/capable.
Have seen that with time ‘indexing’ will compete and will resolve. I’m not convinced yet.
Same issue here on an iPhone 6. I have a brand new battery (replaced less than a month ago at an AASP under the battery replacement program - 18 cycles total according to coconut battery when this issue cropped up). So, I know it's not a failing battery in my case since this battery operated like new until I updated Tuesday evening.
I saw someone on Twitter today theorizing it is some sort of "bug" that activates when the battery is charged to 100%. His temporary fix was to charge up to full and then reboot the phone and you'll get your battery life back. I tried that this afternoon and so far so good. Phone was idle all afternoon, I did some light internet browsing and listened to a podcast later this evening and stand at 92% about 7 hours later. Yesterday that same standby / usage would have drained me to the low 60s. Of course, ymmv since I'm on an older phone with a fresh battery.
IIRC, his theory is that something is running in the background causing the drain as he saw his "usage" and "standby" times were very close even when he left the phone idle with no apps running in the background.
[doublepost=1528061329][/doublepost]I’m having a similar issue which seems to have started since updating to 11.4. Last night I left my phone on my bedside with 100% charge and woke up in the morning to find it had only about 30% left. Normally I would only lose 1-5% overnight at most. According to battery usage the phone only logged 8 minutes of usage in that period. Battery health is at 89%. It’s a two year old iPhone 6s. I have also noticed since updating that the phone seems to run warmer than usual even when it is not performing intensive tasks (it gets warm on the right side where the processors are, not so much on the left where the battery is which to me suggests that the phone is doing a lot of processing, though it is not obvious to me what it is doing). Closing all open apps does not appear to help. Battery life does seem better when away from home, though it still feels worse than before the latest update. I’m currently at the beginning of a week long trip, so having a phone that does not seem to want to hold a charge is quite concerning!

Suffering here too on a 6S. 60-70% battery loss overnight. Phone completely dead in the morning, several days in a row. Battery capacity is 100% as the battery is barely 3 weeks old, freshly replaced. Battery use per app shows no indication of the source of the anomaly. Driving me rather crazy, this is.
