This thread reminds me that AMD is still healthy enough to keep the PR department's lights on.

I think "Unicorn 3000" is a better name than "Polaris".
Or it is just a ploy to up the sites page ranking via Google. A bunch of old accounts that just suddenly can not stop talking about AMD. Search for any combo of AMD and Apple or Mac Pro or iMac and see what two threads pop up.

And what your post attributed to this thread? Sorry but so far you and MVC brought the least here, yet you both complain.

Do you really want me to start regurgitating every tech blog out there without attribution? I can do that too if it would make you feel more comfortable.

You do not see any connection between GPUs, and understanding them and future of computing, Apple, and Mac Pro?

If not, then I do completely understand that you complain that we are talking about AMD GPUs here. But that is only your problem.

Maybe you should toss out some wild speculation that AMD is just about to finally win. (Make sure you don't mention their 1/5 market share)

I do not understand what you say. AMD, Apple, Imac, Apple are best. Very important to understand GPU, Apple, AMD. I have insider source say AMD, APPLE, GPU acceleration very important. We should watch AMD, Apple to see what they do with GPU processing. Very important and Apple, AMD, POLARIS very important to future of computer.

Don't forget VR and Vega to get that page ranking score up.

I forgot Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo only ship every fifth console with AMD. D'oh.

Yes, and when they dump INTEL for ZEN AMD COMPUTER

I am very interested in AMD’s Polaris architecture-based 14nm FinFET GPUs deliver a remarkable generational jump in power efficiency. Polaris-based GPUs are designed for fluid frame rates in graphics, gaming, VR and multimedia applications running on compelling small form-factor thin and light computer designs. I think 2016 will be a very exciting year for Radeon fans driven by our Polaris architecture, Radeon Software Crimson Edition and a host of other innovations in the pipeline from our Radeon Technologies Group.” To achieve that goal efficiency is key and just as stars are the world’s most efficient photon generators, My insider source wants AMD graphics technology to be the world’s most efficient pixel generators. That is why I use Nano for all 4k rendering.

I suppose another Mac Pro thread will be locked by the same group of people.

But it will an interesting ride. I'm not a troll myself, but I enjoy observing a good flame war now and then. :)

If you could please stay on topic I would appreciate it. I am talking about the future and fluid frame rates. YOu see for years industry professionals have been in need of not high frame rates, but fluid ones. Fluidity of frame rates is a new term brought to you from AMD videocard manufacturers to describe the future of how frames will be talked about. You need them to be more fluid so you can feel better about the frames. No longer will you be inhibited by stupid benchmarks (except Hitman benchmark, that is 100% accurate.) Instead, it we bring you a new era of feeling good about your frames.

Everyone always talks about how large their frames are, but no one is talking about how their frames make them feel. At the end of the day, does frame size even matter?
I see you too are ready for big reveal at WWDC. It will be good day when AMD and APPLE computers videocards stand together on stage and extol the virtues of fluid frames. I see that you too see where this year will be performance reversal for AMD videocard company. They have new technology (14nm) that will over perform all estimates.

Nah, You have not been on Anandtech forum over last 8 months, or so. It started with Maxwell performance in DX12. THAT is flamewar.

Here people complain how awful Apple is for offering Mac Pro with 3 year old specs(which is factual), and how awful it is to offer it with, god help us, AMD GPUs!

You don't consider yourself one of that "same group"? It takes at least two to bicker.

Stay at least related to the topic, and avoid posts that are nothing but insults (like the one above).
And where do you see me bickering, or reacting to any of trolling posts in bad manner? ;)

Don't forget VR and Vega to get that page ranking score up.
This is what you, yourself posted here. I suppose this is trolling, isn't it?

I was having a little trouble with motive. Then I realized... They rebuilt the forum and lost a ton of posts that google's spiders could crawl through. I'll eat a couple shoes if that's not what's going down. You can fax em to me.
