Yes same with me but I always had UPS not the error you had with Postal. You are good trust UPS. At least on the way is first indication that UPS has possession I believe

I think you"ll see your updates once Apple fully catches up, but if it's on it's way I'm thinking you're getting it on launch day.

I confirmed with my mother’s cellular service that her plan is currently not eligible to use an eSim. So if I end up not liking it for myself I can’t just give it to her. Also if I switch to eSim, then I can’t go back to using a regular Sim, and therefore cannot use my older iPhone as a backup phone anymore.

I *think* you can switch between a SIM card on old phone and esim on new phone. At least I have in the past. Just can't have both operating at the same time.

Also, here are pictures of where your iPhone originated. It’s a good 11-hour drive to the airport from where it was manufactured. Expect your package to be loaded in a truck an it will travel via road to the Shanghai, Airport before it takes a departing flight.

When using a reference number, you have to do that on ups.com.

Same boat for me. Hers is a regular pro and mine is a pro max. Hers is scanned. Maybe they’re just doing them in waves. I’ve never had apple miss an expected delivery date so I’m not too concerned.

Same. His is a regular Pro, mine is the Pro Max. He thinks it’s hilarious. I’ve done pre-orders every year so I know the drill. He orders a phone every few years.

Sometimes hours, sometimes days, sometimes you then go on the Tour of Asia . Luck of the draw. All will be revealed shortly

Did you have any issues with preordering too? Mine kept changing to delivery (I’m out of state for work so this was stressing me out) even though I selected in-store pick up and it was taking forever to submit the order before I had to close the app and start all over.

As long you sign it electronically they will leave it on the porch. You gave them permission . UPS got very lenient with that policy because of COVID too.

Yeah. I’ve had very high priced items that had direct signature required and without having to sign for it, they left it by my front door and marked it as signed with the name of “door” lol.

No issues ordering here, always said pick up until about 1am when I checked before going to bed. If nothing changes I’ll probably reach out to Apple Monday.

Grrrr...two calls with Apple today and both reps were unable to change my ship address (old house...my fault).

They both said just wait and the edit button will show up as it processes more, but I think it is "ready to ship" because I'm also getting a return box for my current phone.

Guess I just need to check every hour all day long to see if the status changes and I am allowed to change the shipping address.

That happened with a watch band I ordered and I was able to change it at processing (it arrives the 16th on release day). I’m still able to change it. I think you’re correct about not being able to do it at “ready to ship”. I can keep checking as well and see if the shipping edit button disappears after mine changes and let you know.

I checked and now that it says preparing to ship I can not change the address.

how long did it take to show tracking details/origin scan in your app/account? i’m unable to view it under “my deliveries”
