I have MyChoice but I don't see an option to presign. Apple Store still says Preparing to Ship. View attachment 2056537
The reason why is that because it has not cleared through customs and it has not passed the clearance. The packages need to be authorized by CBP in China and Anchorage before you can do anything with them. Once it comes to the stateside it will show up. Also, Every origin is different tho.
 
For those of you that have gotten tracking, what was your phone model? Let’s do some detective stuff here.
14 Pro 128 GB Space Black. Received order confirmation email 8:08 ET on Friday. Woke up to it this morning in the UPS app.

I did. I contacted support and they told me to call tech support. So I'll do that soon.
I haven't had an expensive delivery from Apple in a couple of years so things may have changed, but in the past with ups, the option to sign for your delivery strangely didn't show up in ups my choice (that was nice for tracking tho'). Once your order shows shipped in the Apple Store the option to sign for the order was there. You printed out a form, signed it and taped it to your door (or wherever they deliver). Again, I don't know if that's the way it works now but it's another place to look.

I only see it in the mobile UPS app under Track. It's my Apple Order number so it starts with W. When I try to click it into, I get a popup modal that says "Tracking information is not yet available. Please try again later." I'm so impatient!

Did you try the website and “Track by Reference”? It won’t be in the app.
 
Ok so let me restate, looks like the Pro Max crew is 9PM origin scan while regular pro was 6:58PM maybe?

Have you tried tracking by reference method? What happens then? Also, if all fails. It does not hurt to call UPS and ask if they have a full tracking number.

But at least, now you have a clear idea of who and which company manufactured your iPhone.

As you mentioned earlier, it is a new location in China Mainland. I’m hoping next year Apple ships iPhones out straight from India. That would be very nice.

Try deleting the UPS app from your phone and installing it again. Sometimes that works. Also try tracking it via desktop.
 
Don’t think you can. I always use the website.
And then once you find the tracking number on the website via reference you can add it to the app

Don't forget you will probably have 2 ZZ departure/arrival scans-one swhen it leaves Foxconn and arrives at UPS' holding pen, then another when it actually leaves ZZ for CGO.

In the meantime, I will just continue to be stuck in processing over here :rolleyes:

I got the FOMO, too. Apple Store trip to distract me will help. 😄
 
At about 9:10am I got a message in the Apple apple saying sorry we could not contact TMobile, but we've reserved you an iphone for release day. Then I got an email at about 12:30 saying that they were ready to take the order. When trying to place the order I got an error. Tried again and told "reservation number invalid".

I called Apple. They can't see the reservation on their end - and eventually told me the reservation system is "down".

They said I need to call TMobile to have them "release the order" which is the biggest bunch of bull crap. I asked for a supervisor (nicely, I'm not an animal!) and was told none was available.

NOW - I'm waiting for T-Mobile to call me back...

FML.
God what a freaking joke. And carriers have one year to get prepared for new iPhone orders it’s not like they don’t come every year. Pretty pathetic

Did you search using your order number beforehand? That’s what happens when I have gotten that.
