Are you going to order the new iPhone 14?

Nothing in UPS my choice or reference number, ordered at 8:04 AM eastern. I'm sure it'll arrive on time for Friday but would be nice to get a tracking number in the system. Preparing to ship on order status.
Same situation here. Guessing there's going to be multiple batches going out, we're probably on the next one.

When looking at my order in the Apple store, it still just shows "Your order is being prepared for shipment." So that definitely isn't up to date since, as I said above, when you sign up for UPS My Choice, it just automatically tells you when you have a package in the UPS system and that is showing me it's already on the move. If I remember correctly from last time, I don't think the Apple Store updates the order status to shipped until the phone clears Customs in the United States. So definitely try and get your UPS Tracking information by following the instructions provided on page 1 of this forum. It will give you way more information on where your phone is. :)
Thank you! Apple.com still says preparing for shipment. But UPS has updated tracking.
My choice wonā€™t allow me to sign in of course
Me too. I had to reset my password.

Also why do I have six reference numbers? lol

Mine has both departed from facility and arrived at facility, lol.
Itā€™s going from one facility to another facility before arriving at the Airport to catch the departing flight to Anchorage, Alaska. Stay tuned. The next stop for you is the Shanghai, Airport. āœˆļø Happy and safe travels.

6 reference numbers because all different sets of numbers are the invoice, order number, your phone # other reference numbers for international language.

I only ever got the opportunity to "Cancel order" during the processing phase and was told by the reps also during that phase (I called pretty early and then hours later) that they did not have an opportunity to change yet and they felt it hadn't appeared yet.

I'm thinking I still have an opportunity to change the delivery address with UPS for a fee...sucks...but I have seen that before with the "My UPS" account.

Oh man. I had an ā€œeditā€ button in the store app during processing thatā€™s gone now.

I would call every day to see if they can change it. Iā€™d be surprised if UPS allowed redirects for apple shipments.

Itā€™s also a unique identifier number. Think of it as a serial number for the package all written in different languages

This is when it leaves the factory and goes to the shipping facility-A great example of why people might see multiple ZZ departures and arrivals. The phones aren't going in circles, they are routing between facilities in the same city. I think there should also be an initial customs scan soon-for export customs

Welp, it's time for my annual first iPhone story. The story of my purchase of the first generation iPhone that Apple produced. Here goes...

I went on month to month with Verizon because I was waiting for the very first iPhone. At the time, the iPhone could only be used with AT&Tā€™s network. The Friday launch day came and went and it was now Saturday and I didnā€™t buy the iPhone. I was very curious as to the crowds in line and if there were any iPhones left. I called the Columbia, MD Apple Store and got an employee. I said to him, ā€œIā€™m very sorry to bother you. You must be very busy today, but I was wondering how many people are in line for the iPhone.ā€ He replied, ā€œOh, there are no lines.ā€ I said, ā€œWell, do you have any iPhones?ā€ He replied, ā€œOh yes, we have iPhones.ā€ I hang up the phone and immediately drive to the Apple Store to buy the iPhone, the very first year of its existence. It didnā€™t have an SSD. It had a hard drive and was thick and heavy. The only data network at the time was Edge and boy was it slow, so slow that it was pretty much unusable. But it was better in WiFi. Iā€™ve had an iPhone ever since.

This is 100% accurate. Scans should look like this but we may not see the full transcription right now. But this is what it's going to go through. Below.
