Were you @LFC2020? he is usually often on the thread.. his chat always cracks me upWhen looking at my order in the Apple store, it still just shows "Your order is being prepared for shipment." So that definitely isn't up to date since, as I said above, when you sign up for UPS My Choice, it just automatically tells you when you have a package in the UPS system and that is showing me it's already on the move. If I remember correctly from last time, I don't think the Apple Store updates the order status to shipped until the phone clears Customs in the United States. So definitely try and get your UPS Tracking information by following the instructions provided on page 1 of this forum. It will give you way more information on where your phone is.

Ordered from ATT this year - just did search in UPS app with phone number a package shows up with message that tracking number is not yet available, check back later.
The adventure continues… this year is so weird. We are definitely discovering some suspicious stuff. 😂
Good point. Sometimes the scans backfill days later. Makes for some stressful tracking!

Correct, like the U.K., Or they, deal with another type of shipment distributor like DHL. It’s privately owed to Auusies. But they go through the same thing as U.K. The fact we all can track our iPhones straight from the assembly line is a blessing. I’m very thankful and grateful for that.
I have the same exact "departed from facility" and "arrived at facility" times as you. Odd that departed precedes arrived at facility. But what do I know about cross border logistics....

It's going from one hub to a different hub. After that, it goes to the Airport to go through customs clearance. Expect to get on the plane late tonight or tomorrow morning. Happy and safe travels
Because they departed from Foxconn, arrived at a shipping facility in the same city. They'll then go to CGO probably before they cross any borders
I believe they have stopped assigning them for now. We will all be on the 2nd batch. Busy day for them.
