Mine is the opposite. On UPS.com I can only see that it was shipped but on the app I can see all travel info.

So I placed a pre-order for the 14 for in-store pickup on Friday, but I really want to change it to the Pro....there's not a way to change the order online, and I'm scared to cancel since it doesn't look like other pickup windows are available.
Does anyone know if it's possible to make that change when you show up to your pickup window?

Do you know that there will be pros available for pick up at your store?
Interested to see when flights and scans start lining up. My bet is UPS shuttles CGO-ICN and then ICN-ANC from there.

If it was a reservation system then yes you could change. But if you did a pre-order and did an in-store pick up, unfortunately you'd have to cancel that order or pick it up and do a return.
What you could do is if you are in luck, check apple store, I do see some do have stocks available for pick up on launch day, at least my area does. If not, just go in early morning, get in line, make a reservation if they do take one.
Here is some examples: You can see that some stores around me have them available for in store pick up but have to get it on the 17th
Got it. I guess I'll try to get there in the morning and see if I can snag one, or if I can't make it in the morning, try to ask later in the day during my pickup window if there happens to be any Pros left, and see if they'll let me cancel my previous order/get the Pro.
