Hey everyone, looking for some insight on the UPS CC procedure. I have never used that before but I‘m looking into it as I have a flight on Friday the 16th and do not know if my iPhone will be delivered before I leave. If I change my delivery to pick up at UPS CC, will it be available first thing in the morning This way I can take it with me on my trip?

Yes, it should be available first thing. In my case I’m sure my CC is the distribution center for my delivery truck. So they get it first. Mine doesn’t open till 10 now is the only bummer.

Folk's I'm sorry to break this news to you.

If you have not been assigned with a tracking number. No tracking number what so ever. Not even a hidden one. Chances are your iPhone won't make it through the promised Pre-Ordered Launch date, September 16th. Unless, someone is left behind and was promised a launch date, Apple will make it right and expedite the traveling matter.

Most years mine seems to be the last to show up, but always arrives on launch day. Still nothing on mine, but it was an 8:03am EDT order and I'm sure it'll be here.

That did suck for the east coasters. Now it sucks for the west coasters. I preferred staying up til midnight then still getting 6-7 hours of sleep. Now I wake up at 5am and attempt to go back to sleep for a hour or two but I'm usually too hyped. I wouldn't mind them moving it to 6am PST / 9am EST instead.

Same. And I feel like the East coast gets all the good thing - I liked the midnight for the west coast! 😂

Most of the time it should be ok, like the 3rd party manufacturer will have specs to build the product but not the name. Some will also be labeled "iPhone 2022" stuff like that

Mine doesn't open (for walk in customers) until 1 PM. What the heck!

There’s no way to track by reference on the app

Right ... you can track by reference on desktop. But it only gives the last 4 digits of the tracking number and says "on the way" .. that's it. I used my phone number for Reference .. no dashes. If signed up for UPS My Choice the shipment will automatically appear in the app with full tracking number and all tracking information.

So I've been totally out of the loop. I've been rocking an XS since release, but I got it as a gift. I haven't really been following things closely since the 6S. On Saturday I decided to see how the new phones are looking, and to my surprise, the keynote had just happened. I have good timing (kind of, lol).

I placed an order for a Pro Max 512GB (Deep Purple). Estimated delivery is Oct. 18th - 25th. Good to see not much has changed with that part of it I guess, ha.

Typically yes. Once it gets to your destination and see a destination scan, they will process and put yours aside. Once you get the email from UPS that it's ready for pick up then you go go pick it up.

I stopped using screen protectors a few years ago and it’s honestly amazing. I don’t see a reason for them anymore and if something really bad happens it can be replaced anyway.
