Are you going to order the new iPhone 14?

I've been using ESR tempered glass screen protectors on my 13PM, they work pretty well, come in a 3-pack. They've saved my screen many times. I just ordered the 14PM version. They also make an armoire version, a 2-pack for about $10 more, supposed to be tougher. Neither has a cutout, cover the whole screen.
I wonder how that's going to play with the Dynamic Island, tho. Cover the whole screen.

I knew this was coming since the leaks, but I only just now realized how much more rounded the corners are on the 14 Pro models, especially the regular sized Pro.

Good catch!

You got any theories as to why ups isn’t flying them out theirselves this year? I’ve seen them use other airlines to assist in the past but never seem them not be a part of it.
I honestly believe UPS will be flying them but to get them out of China and the International travel. Apple and UPS may have contacted other fright carriers who contains more capacity. In 2020, Apple contracted with Cargo Lux. UPS was not even involved until it arrived to Louisville, Kentucky. After arriving UPS took over. The picture below you see is directly from Apple which contains the iPhones.

Logistically, Anything is possible that's why we have to look out for any departuring flights because we don't know and we don't have the data.

The last time I ordered, an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I received an empty box on delivery day. The ear phones, cable and charger were there, but the phone had been cut out. Took UPS about a week to sort it out. Verizon didn’t lift a finger to help me, even though I ordered it from them. I have since left Verizon, which by the way Verizon sucks ass, and this time I’m ordering from Apple directly. Here’s to hoping it gets shipped via Fed Ex.
Last year the entire box was removed from the shipping box. iPhone Loan Program and ATT. Fortunately, / unfortunately I was part of a large amount of iPhones stolen from that UPS location and they had my claim filed within hours. While I know the chances are small especially seeing that location might have better protocols in place this year, I am not looking forward to my iPhone landing at UPS.

I haven't used a protector in a while but bought one for the 14PM. I found the screen on the 13PM to be extremely soft. I have a bunch of deep scratches on it after not using it differently than other models. Hopefully the 14PM is a little bit tougher when it comes to scratching.
I never used a screen protector but I dropped the 13PM so often, cracked the screen protector but the screen is pristine. I'm not one of those who throws their phone in a bag or pocket with keys and stuff so my screen protectors have all cracked due to drops. Naked phone is very slippery and unlike many here I like the clear MagSafe case from Apple, don't want to hide the color of the phone, and it's slippery too. So I'm never going without a screen protector again.

Did anyone get any e-mails from Citizens One in regards to a new loan number?

I got two messages when my loan was approved. 1 included the loan number, the other didn't.

Yes. I’m assuming they will hit Alaska tomorrow night then on to Louisville by Wednesday.

Not usually. It can take days for it to leave China and clear customs. Once it leaves China it moves quite fast and takes just a couple of days

Right. I remember seeing that. But it was in conjunction with ups flights. It’s been that way every year. Until this one. Just seems strange to me.

Atlas air 8956 is airborne. If this is our flight we should see updates soon!
I agree. Hopefully. Folks with Wave 1. If you do not see a "Departure Scan" then you guys are still in China. As of right now Atlas Air, Inc. has air borne. Finally!!! It's going from China to Anchorage, Alaska. Up in the air!!!

Yikes, never had that happen, that's awful. I don't believe Apple will use Fedex. I know mine is coming via UPS.

Correct. Sometimes, it takes a really long time in China due to clearing customs. Movement is a lot faster after it departs from China.
