Correct. Sometimes, it takes a really long time in China due to clearing customs. Movement is a lot faster after it departs from China.

I’m still betting we all see an origin scan in Alaska late tomorrow night. I will be surprised if it’s any later than that.

Nope. And in years past I got the welcome email right after I got the confirmation email from Apple. I called and talked to a totally clueless rep who first told me I have to pay off the balance of my loan on my 13PM, we argued about that until his supervisor corrected him, and then said Apple has to send them verification that I placed my order. Given what a know-nothing he was I don't know whether that's true, but I called Apple and was told my order is perfect. I guess we'll get the email from Citizens One sometime.

Wave 1 here. Still not showing a departure scan. Either it’s missed, delayed scan, or this isn’t our plane. Looking through scheduled departures I haven’t found any other flights our phones could be on. Have you seen anything?

If no departure scanning showing then this is not going to be the plane. I haven't seen anything but I think they will show up later this evening. PST time.

I agree. Hopefully. Folks with Wave 1. If you do not see a "Departure Scan" then you guys are still in China. As of right now Atlas Air, Inc. has air borne. Finally!!! It's going from China to Anchorage, Alaska. Up in the air!!!

Yes this. I spoke too soon. I forgot the phones now come with lightning to usb-c. Most cars have usb-a.

You can buy the adapter on Amazon to use the cable in your car. That’s what I did.

You might be right but its finding out when will wave 1 will department from China. As of right now I don't see any scheduled flights besides Atlas Air, Inc.

For me, I got a hint from a friend that works at my local Apple store that they expect to get their shipment Wednesday evening.

Last year the entire box was removed from the shipping box. iPhone Loan Program and ATT. Fortunately, / unfortunately I was part of a large amount of iPhones stolen from that UPS location and they had my claim filed within hours. While I know the chances are small especially seeing that location might have better protocols in place this year, I am not looking forward to my iPhone landing at UPS.

Same, I don’t trust UPS anymore. Last year a seasonal worker stole my MacBook Air, and the replacement package that Apple sent also went missing

Wave 2 is: Sept 11
