I'm not sure, I do have fedex account but I don't pay anything for it and still can manage to request a hold and the likes at no additional cost.

No it won't change. The UPS folks are pushing people to sign up for premium my choice membership. I think they will ask for $5.99 for every package they hold at UPS CC. So if I am picking up 2 iPhones this Friday and then Ultra next week I think it adds up to $18 anyways.

That’s a good question, because each iPhone have their own tracking number. Maybe you would have better luck calling your CC and seeing if they charge you $5.99 for both phones, but I didn’t think about my Ultra coming neither. It’s decided. I’m going to pay the $19.99.

Hey everyone, looking for some insight on the UPS CC procedure. I have never used that before but I‘m looking into it as I have a flight on Friday the 16th and do not know if my iPhone will be delivered before I leave. If I change my delivery to pick up at UPS CC, will it be available first thing in the morning This way I can take it with me on my trip?

It's only worth it if you frequently order stuff and comes through UPS. My wife orders a lot of clothing during the summer season and I cannot tell you how many e-mails after e-mails after emails I get from my UPS account about my wife's constant ordering with cloths. While I just let them be delivered to our house. If she really wanted she could ask me to request a UPS CC. And boy, UPS CC staff knows me pretty well as I frequent.

I’ve been asking the same thing. Ordered my phone a minute after pre-orders opened. Already was pre-approved and everything the same day as the event. Mines also been preparing to ship and my phone is a part of wave 1. I even called citizens later on Friday and they said to expect the email in 24-48 hours but I’ve yet to receive anything yet. Seems they are just slow to update their systems and perhaps show a loan number.

What’s interesting is looking at my 13 Pro also on IUP it shows payments have been paused and there is no future payments due as of now. That is from what I’m aware an indication a new loan has been opened. So hopefully we get the email and loan number soon. As I already had to call them once.

My Citizens One account shows the same thing. I think both Apple and C One are just overwhelmed and backlogged.

Messages you mean email or text? I’ve yet to get either from Citizens although all looks good on my iPhone pre-order and when I called citizens they just told me to wait a day or two for the email with loan number info. Strange because in past years I’d always get the email within 1-4 hours.

Yes ditto except my C One rep had no clue and said I'd get the email eventually. Okey dokey. Apple says all is well with my order so I'm not really worried about it.
