Imagine if all Apple Stores were open 24/7 I wonder how getting a iPhone 14 would work

Nevermind I see on Thursday they close at 9:58 pm and reopen at 8 am.

But otherwise 24/7

Shot was taken at 11:10PM. I went to the Apple Store at Grand Central but that one closes early. So, I ended up walking to this one. I had forgotten by Apple Watch charger so I went there to buy one. It was cool. Here's what it looks like from the inside. The place does not slow down. I did talked to an Apple employee and asked how much do they get paid working at night. He told me they only get paid $2 extra on top of regular pay.

Apple Stores are always so cool looking. My closest one has an all glass front and all glass back, so you can see all the way through to the street behind the store. I would love to visit the NY cube and the Singapore one, one day.

@max2 I do plan to visit my local store after delivery, need to look at cases, bands, Watch sizes, etc.

Hopefully I won't end up buying a new iMac or anything. 😅

Just got an exception notice from UPS via email. Stating: Apple Volume at origin pending departure on Charter Aircraft as scheduled. I’m part of 1st wave. PKG weight .40 KG, and exception notice 9-12-22, 2:30PM I presume local time. I’m guessing this means UPS flight 86 or 92 is the one!

There is a chance it could be the same plane but I think there's only so much you can fit on a Cargo plane. Tons and Tons of pallets. Wave 1 is 24 hour ahead so they are ready to be checked out from China. Wave 2 is still going through the process.

It would be ideal if we all travel together but seems unlikely. Every year, there's always been 2 Charter Flights taking us to U.S.A.

I also have a 1.50LBS package coming from Indiana. Estimated delivery 9/16 by 7pm. My case is already here. Could be the Apple Watch 8, but this package is 0.6LBS more than an iPhone. Maybe early delivery of the Apple Watch Ultra.

I hit Track Inbound Plane for both of these and seems like before Alaska they both came from KY. I'm not sure if that's a regular thing or specific to these two flights, but looks exciting.

Try tracking by reference and using the phone number on the order as the reference number. I found my tracking using that method before it showed up in my choice.

Just regular UPS My Choice and signed up for email alerts. Got scared for a second because I never thought I’d get an ‘exception’ email as my first thought was something happened to my package! Fortunately it’s just an indication that the shipments have just been waiting for there flight.

Thanks. Yeah I also have email alerts checked but I'm on the app, I should check the full website. I think there's another option for exception emails.
