Wave 2 here and still no movement. Gonna keep an eye on the two planes y’all are tracking too and hopefully we all get out of China today!!

Edit: if we are still doing drink orders, can I get an iced coffee please!!

Coming across your first post of just this picture without much explanation, I was (and still am) pretty shocked and offended. Yes, I've seen Lost. But of all days...we've had pictures posted about the Twin Towers and been thinking about where we were and what we were doing on 9/11/2001 (21 years ago from Today). Maybe some of us lost friends or family on that day. So no, the ABC Show Lost was not the first thing that popped in my head when I saw your post.

Also, what? Are you hoping that Wave 1's iPhones fall out of the sky along with the air crew and or people on that flight? This is one of the most negative things I've seen on these forums, ever.

You may have intended it to be a joke...but at least 2 others posted a "why" post about your "joke" - so their gut reaction was not a LoL. Your explanations came some 70 posts later. Frankly, I almost stopped reading this forum after your post. But sorry, I couldn't let my own thoughts go unstated. Not everyone is gonna get your joke, especially on an international forum.

And yes, I reported your post.
It was certainly not my intent to offend and I apologize to anyone who was offended.

This pic has been posted several times in several years' iPhone shipping threads here without a single complaint. I guess sensibilities have changed. I'll stick to reporting my shipping status without humorous asides.

upgrading with t-mobile proved to be a disaster. Kept getting the mobile number not active error. When it finally my started working shipping had slipped to Oct 10-17. Anyone hoping it moves up but I doubt it, never had an iPhone ship date move from original date.

Good morning everyone, back to another day of tracking. I got a feeling that folks from the 1st wave should start seeing some movement later today/tonight. I'm in the 2nd wave and I think that group should hopefully see movement tomorrow night. I was in the 2nd wave last year and I believe I didn't see movement until Tuesday night (departure scans, I meant).

Good morning!

I just woke up. I hope everyone is doing well. It is September 12, 2022, at 5:23 AM. 72 degrees and we have a flash flood warning in effect.

So, question....in anticipation of putting a hold on my iPhone once it leaves Anchorage, to pick it up at a UPS CC - I looked on the map and I have two CC facilities pretty close to my house. How do I know which one to hold it at? I seem to remember @TheYayAreaLiving 🎗 said if you pick the CC the iPhone is going to, no delay, otherwise there will be a delay to route it to another CC?
That is correct. If you don't know the best thing to do is call and let UPS it's a same-day pick up. You do not want to re-route it. Say "destination Hub" or "Customer Care center UPS" and they will tell you.

Sadly mine hasn't moved since last night ): Hoping for some movement today!

I don’t think anyone did. Keep updating us though. I need it. I shipped it to my office so can’t register to My Choice and can’t get the full tracking number as UPS won’t help, and Apple won’t be sending it now.

I am literally relying on updates here. I just know I was one of the very first ones to get a tracking number.

This feels so weird, this was the first year that I opted for In-Store pickup. Sooo... now I don't have anything to track and I'm just sitting here waiting patiently 🤣

For what it's worth, this was also the first year that I missed launch day for shipping (5 minutes after 8am!). But I was able to pickup in-store on launch day so I'll take off work and make the drive an hour away. Should be a nice day!
