Just got my official Apple leather case delivered. Is this a "feature"? I've had leather cases in the past but they've never looked like this. Wtf.

Dude, why do I see crease marks? Ewwww! Looks defective honestly. Sorry. Trip to an Apple store and exchange it?

Wait? Didn’t we already have shipments at the U.S. port of entry clearing customs?
Think the confusing part is that some are showing a third-party app with it state side as of this morning.

Guess some are saying the image was photoshopped or pre-delivery paperwork

Nope. My 256 SB PM is still 'null.' I ordered a regular 14 yesterday and that one shows the correct pickup time in the app and on apple.com.
Hi, wondering if anyone has seen this issue resolve. Mine also w/ launch day pick-up (including same thing it said in the email I received after) still shows "null" on the app under my pro max. My wife's Pro (non-max) ordered around the same time shows the correct date/time. I think its only happening w/ the pro max model in-store pick up, but so odd. Thinking of just waiting to see what happens on thu.

Point being $99 is less than $269 and getting a battery to run below 80% is not going to be easy in 24 months. So that one may get their “free” battery replacement service under Apple Care Plus.
$29 battery replacement when you crack the back of your iPhone.

Yeah like I get leather can have some natural wear but those creases seem a bit much to me.
One of my past leather cases looked similar. You can always exchange it within 14 days if you aren't happy with it. I believe all the leather case boxes allow you to open them without breaking a seal.

Clearance scans happen/show Louisville or Anchorage even if product is not physically there. The only way to tell is if an arrival scan actually occured in PANC or KSDF, and better yet, if it matches a known UPS flight arriving around then.

Otherwise, "administrative" things like clearance, reroutes, etc typically show Louisville regardless of physical location of the pallet these are on.
