UPS won't give me the tracking number for "security reasons." Guess I'm going to just have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday probably. :rolleyes:

So those of us who left China SHOULD arrive in Alaska by 12:00 AM CST. As I was saying yesterday. Then to Louisville by Wednesday and on to your city USA on Thursday to be on trucks for Friday morning out for delivery.

There is a chance it could stop in Japan. We will have to see. Did you get on board on this plane?

It's been a miserable weekend of unhelpful tech support. The first lady I talked to said she would delete my old account for me (so I can make a new one with a new My Choice) and that it would take 24 hours and she would call me the next day to let me know it was finished. Then she didn't call so I called back and a guy told me he would send in the work order to have it deleted and that it would take 7 days, at which point I kindly said good bye so that I didn't throw my phone ... and I need my phone ... cuz my new one won't be here until Friday. 😅 UPS has been a nightmare to deal with. Oh ... and the best part ... after he sent in the work order ... I was like ... wait a minute ... I can just have them change the email on the account to my current one. So I called back, and he said it's not possible to cancel the deletion order. So ... here I am.

Sheesh that sounds like a nightmare. I hate dealing with customer service reps. Lately, I’ve had better luck talking to companies on twitter. Maybe you could try reaching out there in DMs? I feel like the deletion order could be canceled if it hasn’t been deleted yet. But maybe I’m wrong.
