Their milkshakes are great! And unlike McDonalds, you can always get 'em! No broken machines!
Machines aren't broken, they are probably cleaning them. It's a 4+ hour process.

No, they’re always out of order. They’ve been out of order since I was a kid. It’s literally a running joke at this point. Someone asked Elon Musk to buy McDonald’s so they’d fix the machines and he said he can’t work miracles.
I fell asleep and think I missed the flight. 😂 No scans since the 9:50.
In the 10 years I have worked for them the machine has only ever been broken once, all other times it is me cleaning it, and my crew is trained to tell the customers that it is down for cleaning so the customers don't think it's broken.
I worked at a McDs in high school and ours was full of mold so we’d tell people it was broken to avoid selling it.
It does. My dad used to work for Coca Cola.. told me why.
McDonald’s has one of the first and largest Coca Cola contracts. Because of this, their Coca Cola gets its own special container in the back with specifically set up chilled lines to deliver it.. making it the freshest Coca Cola you can get anywhere.
He used to tell me “if you ever want a coke.. go to McDonald’s. Nowhere else comes close.”
Idk if anything has changed.. he did that line of work maybe 8-10 years ago.
That's why I clean it. Every 2 weeks deep clean. I swear our machine is the cleanest in the US. xD
