Thank you! I think I'm just going to pay the $6 for the CC that they told me. I don't want to have to waste more time on the phone with them and possibly not even get my $20 refund back on Monday. That CC location that they told me is also the only one that the website will let me select, even if I change the zip code. What concerns me is that I swear the phone came through the other CC near me last year. But I guess if the website only gives me one option and it's the same CC the one agent told me, I guess I just have to hope that they're right.

No problem! Do what’s best for you. Honestly, it might be the best option to just pay the stupid fee and hold the package at CC UPS hub. Saves you a headache, time, and all the stress. Good luck and keep us posted.
UPS shows my phone has arrived in Louisville, KY. Really, it does not matter. The phone could be in a building across the street from my house, and I still would not get it until the release date of Friday, September 16th.
I don't see how this is fraud - it's the same as buying something from Target, using it, and realizing you don't actually need it so you return it. If it's acceptable in their return policy, then it's fair game.
I am hardly disputing that, I am simply saying that you said it must clear customs in Louisville and I am saying that the product/goods not need be in Louisville to "clear customs" in situations like this. In fact, they usually are not. The point is if customs clearance/import occurs before Louisville, it could (and has) shown up, physical location is completely irrelevant to this process.
Also, things evolve and change quite a bit, and UPS has improved their customs clearance offering for bulk/special logistics offerings in the last two years as US ICE and China's GACC has significantly improved their export process so I'd beware of suggesting others are incorrect simply because one has observed something for sometime as an n of 1.
I live in AZ but originally from Chicago and yeah the pizzas from certain areas are just completely different (and better tasting) than most others lol

Do I need the Ultra? No. Do I want it? Darn right! While I'm not an athlete, I've put on a few more years than I'd like to admit. The Ultra has some features that will really benefit me. The 40% louder sound with the 2 speakers will definitely make it easier to hear things. The brighter screen will also give me less eye strain. The rugged case will protect the watch from any balance mishaps. The very loud siren could be helpful if I need help even in a non-wilderness area. Who could not love the 36 hour battery life??? While at first glance I thought the Ultra was hideously ugly, I've grown to really like it. As for it perhaps looking pretentious on an obviously non-athletic wrist, I gave up worrying what others think years ago. Makes for a happier life.I really want the Ultra but I'm not sure I'd use it all that much. I have a cycling computer that handles everything I need and my Apple Watch is only for notifications on the bike. Otherwise I don't do any other activities that need it

Sigh...I'm guessing you ordered through AT&T and not Apple, correct? That looks like the AT&T distribution center. They print the label with 2-day or 1-day delivery and UPS assumes it is being picked up the same day. AT&T holds it until Wednesday or Thursday and you still get it on Friday.
