If your change request goes through, the phone won't even go on the truck...so yes, you will be able to pick it up as early as 10am on Friday, assuming you get the confirmation e-mail and/or an arrival at CC scan prior to that.

Well, everyone has made it to the stateside. No one is left behind in China. Wave 1 & Wave 2 is currently in Louisville, Kentucky. Wave 2 is currently waiting for a final"Arrival Scan" to hit.

Tomorrow is a sad and big day for all of us. We will be separating and saying goodbye to each other as "Import Scan" gets generated. **🤗Hugs for everyone🤗*** Taking off to our designated lovely home... Until next year...

Has anyone requested to pickup from the UPS CC center? I have the $6 charge on my card but my tracking number still says its coming to my house. I’m planning on swinging by the CC on my way to work and using the clean room at my work to apply the screen protector

I preordered for Friday Apple in-store pick up (which was the best option for me), but now I can't help but feel I'm missing out on all the fun! No tracking number, no updates, nothing. LOL

You’re not the only one who’s missing out on all the fun! I have pre-ordered with delivery to Germany and as usual the tracking number is secret until one day before the actual delivery date 🤣 I hate it 🤣

Ahh...today has been insane at work and I haven't been able to check in all day! Glad to see everyone made it to the states! No further scans here today, but hopefully tomorrow we all get our import scans and our phones take their journey to their new homes!!

For normal deliveries, Ive seen the live tracker show the truck 2 blocks away from me for hours at a time. Out of curiosity, Ive driven to the area shown on the map to see - and didnt find the truck. At best for me, its significantly delayed versus reality

I once tracked UPS and the driver was down the street. Looked out side and not there. Then went back to tracking and the driver was on the other side of town and was parked for an hour. Lol

This is the latest info I got when reaching out to Apple. Fingers crossed it’s accurate…

That’s actually a known issue. It shows like that because your order is not yet ready for pick up. Once the item is available for pick up, you’ll receive a pick up notification email or SMS as a reminder for your scheduled pick up time window. So the status will be updated once the item is available for pick up.

This issue is due to high volume of online orders. And it's nothing to do with the reservation of your iPhone.

Oh the horrors of watching the live truck tracker! I watched it last year waiting for them to come by and they literally went to the car dealership steps right behind my office first thing in the morning then didnt come back for like 2-3 hours till they finally delivered it. My old office was 3 doors down from the UPS store so I was always his first stop.

Same here. I have been in meetings since 9.30. A new company bought us and had to sit through boring training session for 6 hours with video on.

Y’all I’ve been trying to view any sort of update from Apple or UPS and I’ve gotten nowhere. Neither will give me information re: a tracking number and the reference tracking on UPS only gives me the last 4 digits and that it’ll arrive before 7pm on Friday. How can I see this more comprehensive info being posted about your shipments? I have My Choice and it just says I have no inbound packages currently.

I have done it in the past. But only when it's "Out for Delivery". It would tell you that you are 10 stops away kind of thing.

The charge to my Apple Card has been “pending” since Friday morning. Not sure what the issue is.. has your payment cleared?

My charge is also showing as Pending on my credit card.
