Just received my "shipped" email from Apple! It. is. happening!!! lol

FYI...the "pre-sign" option only shows up on the website for me, not the Apple Store app on my phone.

You basically sign a piece of paper and tape to your door, so it is not "pre-signing" digitally to release the phone and let the driver just leave on your doorstep. Need to print the PDF and sign it so he/she can take it with them.

While many of us are thankfully seeing “Shipped” on the Apple Store app are all the phones - according to UPS app - still in Louisville? Anyone have a Louisville departure scan?

At 8:19 AM Central this morning I got an email from Apple that my iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB Silver is on its way and tracking information was provided. The Apple Store app shows it has moved from “Preparing to Ship” to “Shipped”. The UPS app now shows the import scan, “On the way”, “Get updates” and “Change delivery.” Yay! 😊

Apple is blowing up my phone with email and Apple Store notifications saying my order has shipped when all I really want is that 'Import Scan' in Louisville. 😌

Should have a option on Apple order status page- that way you have to print out the form and sign it then stick to the front door- so when its delivered the driver will take the form with them

or if you have UPS my choice you can authorize release that way also

Is this possible regional or not standard? The last several times I've had shipments from Apple (launch day iPhones and others) when I've tried to do a pre-sign, UPS MyChoice states that that isn't an option due to "shippers requirements". At least for me pre-signing has never been on option for these. Now the actual UPS driver has been known to ignore Apple's request and just leave the package as usual, but it never gives me the option on UPS.

So, called the local UPS CC as my package still doesn’t show as being held at the CC (despite putting in two requests with different forms of payment) and the guy told me he’s not able to make any changes to the package. Hopefully when it gets to the local CC it’s updates by the system and held there for tomorrow. Anyone else having a similar issue? Anything I can do to make sure it’s held?

So my order disappeared 👻 from my account even though I’ve been tracking it via UPS. It disappeared right after the import scan and my AppleCare notification email. Anyone else have this happen?

In the email that folks are receiving from Apple this morning, does yours also say "by Postal Service" like mine?

Last flight? Sometime tonight, I guess. I don't follow the flights much. I relied on you to do that and thank you for doing it. It should go to the UPS CC in Orlando. I do see where it says that I'll pick it up at a UPS location.

Nice!!! Congratulations!!! Expect a "Departure to Facility" Scan to hit later today. There are 2 flights heading your way. Depending on when it departs you can narrow the flight time when it gets airborne.

So now UPS is not showing one of my phones if I try to track it. I'm sure it's just a glitch though. It's been sitting in Louisville since Tuesday. I keep checking only because I have other packages coming tomorrow so as long as I'm checking I figure I may as well do that one too, but I sure wish it would roll over to Import Scan. It just rolled over so both of our phones will arrive tomorrow.

Gotta love Apple’s commitment to that Sept 23rd Postal Service Delivery. At least the tracking link takes me to the correct UPS tracking number.

EDIT: Everyone, you’re still getting the order tomorrow! The UPS tracking is the CORRECT one to follow!!

If you were one of the lucky folks that were assigned the strange and erroneous "postal service" at the time or order - it hasn't changed for any of us as far as I can tell. Of course the tracking number given leads to UPS and the actual shipment is coming via UPS, but they don't seem to want to give up on listing it as "Postal Service" yet.

When did your phone arrive in Louisville? There was a group who arrived yesterday and one on Tuesday. I believe the Tuesday group combined some Wave 1 (first activity on 9/10) and Wave 2 (first activity on 9/11).

As of Today (9-15 10:00 am ET) mine is still enroute from AK. Has not arrived in Louisville yet.

Good morning, all! I just woke up.

Today is September 15th, 2022. It is currently 05:00 AM. Around 66 degrees in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Today is a very SPECIAL day. Today is "Import Scan" day. I expect everyone to receive the “Import Scan” stamp. Everyone will have a different time stamp of “Import Scan”. Once Your Import Scan is completed, expect to depart shortly and head to your last flight to head home.

Folks, keep in mind, Today is the last day of us being together. I will wait for every single one of you and root for you to head home safely. After Import Scan hits we will be separated until next time. Today is going to be a very busy day. Expect lots of activity to appear. We don’t have a lot of time left. Go Beyond, Go iPhone!!!! 🫡

I've never seen the UPS guy here make anyone sign for any packages, including anything I've received. BUT...I'm printing those pre-sign forms anyway and will tape them to my door in case they come while I'm out for my morning run or taking/picking up the kids from school. Hopefully they just come while I'm here working from home.
