Going to put a post it note on it asking ups to ring my doorbell so I know the package is there. Sometimes the ups app and apple app take longer to update to delivered.

My UPS guy just leaves packages regardless of "signature required" so I won't bother. (Although I'll still keep an ear out to race for the door when I hear him approaching )

Wave 2b here with a Louisville import scan at 9:48am. FINALLY!!

Around either noon or 1:30 (PDT), two possible UPS flights to ONT so definitely check your UPS App around those times.

I was surprised to see mine DID have a Pre-Sign for Delivery option too. Seems rather random.

Maybe it depends on the neighborhood and porch pirate reports? Or its a pilot program?

So, called the local UPS CC as my package still doesn’t show as being held at the CC (despite putting in two requests with different forms of payment) and the guy told me he’s not able to make any changes to the package. Hopefully when it gets to the local CC it’s updates by the system and held there for tomorrow. Anyone else having a similar issue? Anything I can do to make sure it’s held?

So somewhat correct. UPS CC may not see the whole thing if you provide tracking and they may just see like what we see. Usually when you get the destination scan they system will see that a request was made.

Yes, it should catch up. I put my request in on Sunday and it still shows "Change Requested" on the app. It should flip to Delivery Exception or Change applied or something like that. Scans should catch up and your request should process but it could take most of the day to show up.

It appears that us folks with the "9/23 Postal Service" error aren't being given the option by Apple to "pre-sign" for delivery. My guess is because the system doesn't know it's UPS, so it isn't generating that option.

And to be clear to all new people coming on: No - no one's phone is coming via USPS on the 23rd Trust the UPS tracking and the 9/16 delivery date.

My in store pickup changed from nil to 9/16. I assume it won't change from processing to ready for pickup until early tomorrow morning?
