So, called the local UPS CC as my package still doesn’t show as being held at the CC (despite putting in two requests with different forms of payment) and the guy told me he’s not able to make any changes to the package. Hopefully when it gets to the local CC it’s updates by the system and held there for tomorrow. Anyone else having a similar issue? Anything I can do to make sure it’s held?

Curious when put in request. I wait until hits Louisville. Shows up within few minutes.

Best thing to wake up to a shipped Notification email from Apple and a check in UPS with an Import Scan!!!!! My phone is gonna be here tomorrow for sure especially with 2 flights to my local area in ONT!!

Oh, and I also received a link to download and print a UPS "leave the delivery at the door, please" form. While I should be here, I'm doing this - just in case.

Last year, I was home on that first Friday delivery day and didn't hear the delivery person - neither did my dog, which its 100% unusual. They left a note saying they would try again - which I want to say was Monday (due to the weekend). Regardless, it was a tad annoying. And yes, the world still spun. I managed to enjoy my 12 Pro a couple of more days. 😜

It's not hard to imagine why anxious iPhone pre-orderers who haven't been doing the labor intensive work or keeping up here on the forum would be confused.

At around 10 this morning: Text from Apple says shipped, delivers 9/16 - no indication of carrier. Email from Apple Store says shipped by Postal Service, delivers 9/16. Apple Store App says Shipped by Postal Service delivers 9/23. Desktop Apple Store says Shipped by Postal Service delivers 9/16. But the given tracking link to UPS shows the correct info of shipped by UPS, delivers 9/16. None of the above give an option to pre-sign, btw.

Without the forum, I wouldn't have a clue.

If you have been charged for the ups cc request hold consider that as your confirmation. Right now practically most stats are hidden except departure and arrival scans. Once ups release full transcript you will see it then

So would it work if we could share that printable form with those that didn't get the option? If they printed and signed how would the driver know?
