Do you have UPS My Choice? I think that gives you some options when and where the delivery is scheduled.

I've found it best to select such changes in my desktop web browser, not in UPS.app on my iPhone.

Yes I do have UPS My Choice. I tried the change in mobile so we will see what happens

I'm seeing the same thing. The website (Apple) shows that, whereas the Apple Store app makes zero mention of it. I'm also still not seeing any indicator my hold request was approved on the UPS website, but the UPS app states a change has been requested.

I just recently got the import scan in Louisville. Estimated delivery moved up to 9/16 from 9/23. Yah!

Got my import scan this morning in KY at 9:38 AM!! No movement so far yet since that.

Got my emails from Apple that my order has shipped and also my information for AppleCare, so I know my baby's serial number now too.

Tomorrow is the day iPhone Family - it's almost here!!

So, called the local UPS CC as my package still doesn’t show as being held at the CC (despite putting in two requests with different forms of payment) and the guy told me he’s not able to make any changes to the package. Hopefully when it gets to the local CC it’s updates by the system and held there for tomorrow. Anyone else having a similar issue? Anything I can do to make sure it’s held?

I haven't called them today (which would be my third call), but my status has not moved from "change requested," same as the last two days. UPS certainly took my $7.99 on Tuesday to hold it at the UPS CC, and confirmed yesterday that the change is in the system. (The guy also said my pickup window would be between 2-4 pm, which makes no sense, as the CC has Will Call hours beginning at 8 a.m. I'm hoping it'll update once the phones leaves KY and arrives at the local hub.
