I checked and couldn't find a service disruption email from UPS nor FED-EX so the flight delay may be a local event in KY.
That's a bummer.

It doesn’t activate until the truck gets close to your location. I’m not sure the exact mile range but it’s usually somewhere within 10 miles when mine begins to show up in the app.Not seeing an option to follow the truck yet, even though it’s out for delivery

!Picked up at 8 a.m., did the demo (which I highly recommend), switched out to a size smaller light seal (some light leakage around the nose on the original), now back at home enjoying it. It's awesome!! Good luck to everyone waiting for theirs!
