UPS. I ordered through Amazon a few days ago, received tracking information yesterday and should be delivered tomorrow.

On the notification I received from Apple telling me that my "shipment is on its way," there is a paragraph toward the bottom that says,

Do I need to sign for my shipment?

Check the shipped items section to determine whether your shipment requires a signature. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your items to Apple.

Does anyone know where I find the "shipped items" section? I don't know where to even begin looking. Should I expect it to say, "Signature required"? Because I don't see that anywhere.
I am trying to figure this out too.

UPS does not say anything about needing a signature (and I do have MyChoice). But it also had the same "look" as the iPhone. My case and chargers shipped from Apple via UPS did require a signature, but I was able to release them within the UPS app. This was not offered for the iPhone and now AirPods.

However, there is nothing on Apple's website under my order where I can print out and sign to leave on my door for UPS to leave the package. So I am totally lost at what to do. I may try to write up my own thing.

Also, for the iPhone, I missed the Friday delivery and the tracking says they would try the next business day, but they did attempt to deliver the next day, on Saturday. Luckily they did not attempt on Sunday and I was able to leave the pre-signed paper for Monday. But I was annoyed that that was two out of the three when it was not a business day.

Check the email address associated with your My Choice account, it should say that it requires a signature.

The emails have that for the case and chargers I bought and mentioned, but not for the AirPods. It also did not have that for the iPhone and that did require a signature.

If there is one, that is okay. But why is there not a pre-sign form on Apple's website then? It is just confusing and not consistent.

That’s weird.

Your driver is an early riser, I won't even get a time until mine leaves the depot, around 11:00.
Mine is so smiley and happy as well. Even if I'm delivery number 154 he'll ask how I am and bid me a great day with a smile. I love him!
