I thought there would be some available by now, but none of the apps I've updated today appear to have widgets.
9to5 has a cover article of available apps and also on iPad there is a section in the apps tab that shows best apps for iPadOS 14 with most of them are updated 22 hours ago to have some features

Calendars 5 widget is good and it offers lots of options,
Documents has good widgets but i dont use it enough to justify "recent files" and stuff
Apollo the reddit app has really impressive use of it too

I thought there would be some available by now, but none of the apps I've updated today appear to have widgets.
remember the widget wont show up until you open the app first (and usually greeted with a "introducing brand new widget support" pop up" or something)
